Payday Loans are loans that are collected with the intent to pay them back at the end of the month or when you get your next paycheck which should be less than a month from when you collected it. This type of loan comes in handy when you have an urgent expense that you would have loved to take care of from your next paycheck, but which cannot wait until your next paycheck. With a payday loan, you can immediately get the funds to sort out the issue while you return the money you used to solve the problem from your next salary. The only slight will be that you would be paying back with a little interest. However, if the issue was really important and urgent, then the interest should be worth the relief that came with get the loan when you did. It is mostly expected that you are going to be this loan back in one installment and within one month of collecting the loan.

Installment Loans

An installment loan is another type of loan that you might want to opt for. In this case, you can take a particular amount and spread out the payment over 6 months, 12 months and 24 months. This allows taking bigger loans that would be paid back more conveniently by the borrower. These types of loans are great for projects like getting a car or other major projects. Line of Credit

Line of Credit is another type of loan where you can get any amount of loan you want as long as it is within your credit limit. However, interest would only be charged on the amount you used as opposed to the amount you collect. The advantage of this is that you can instantly access the money when you need it as opposed to having to wait for a few minutes before the loan is disbursed.
